Processing & Handling
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Methods

• Small Parcel Items: Delivered by UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers within 3–7 business days.

• Freight Items (e.g.,  large wall panels and furniture): Delivered curbside by freight carrier. 

Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. Flat-rate or promotional shipping may apply during special offers.

Damage & Claims
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.
